I had finally gotten used to calling people, ordering food, even having a decent conversation with a stranger (given I would trip up on words still.) But now, for some reason, I seem to have gotten them back. The other day I realized I was even avoiding talking to my best friend. Is this normal? What happened?
It’s okay to take steps backwards, be gentle on yourself. Remember how important it is to continue to keep making good choices for yourself and to try to be a bit better every day.
