Anonymous asked: is it normal for people with anxiety to not have friends? i mean i have friends but they probably only see me as anyone else.. talking to someone every few days is a big deal to me but not to them i guess? advice?

Don’t worry about what’s ‘normal’ or not- it’s totally understandable for that to happen though. That doesn’t mean you’re any less of a great friend! Just keep working at it, I promise you it gets easier. As far as advice, all I can say as always is do what is most comfortable for you, yet do try to keep pushing yourself. I text heaps because its easier! Keep trying to put yourself out there for the people that deserve your effort, and for yourself.
