Food for thought;

My anxiety isn’t too bad in general, today I had a strong coffee in the morning though and came pretty close to having a panic attack again over something very small.

A lot of you have mentioned in my ask that cutting caffeine out of your diets helped manage your anxiety- and I think today I’ve learned that lesson.

Just a suggestion! Give it a try if you think it might help you.
