Breathe deep, pretend someone you look up to is with you, get yourself to somewhere you feel safe, put in your headphones and turn up your music, chew gum, plait your hair, think about something funny or watch funny videos on youtube, try and practice mindfulness (focus on the present moment as much as you possibly can), write down exactly what you are feeling and why or sing to yourself about it, pretend for now that you are someone else.
