Anxiety Cat

I don’t have a meme macro, but I am looking for some help. I thought Anxiety Cat would be a good place to go!

I’m going to be making a video for the University of Toronto’s Sexual Education Center about being sexually active while mentally ill, and I’d love some input from other people.

I am able to personally cover depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, and anxiety, but I’d love if I could get some input from people with other neurodivergent health issues, and perhaps some Autistic people as well?

One of the main goals of the video is to provide information on boundaries, consent, and communication, as well as going over some common myths or stereotypes about mentally ill people and sex.

If you have anything you think should be in the video, just let me know. I’d love:

• personal stories (will be anonymous of course)
• disorder-specific advice
• funny stories
• ideas on how to get rid of stigma
• any resources you have for neurodivergent people regarding sex
• anything else you can think of
