Anonymous asked: Can I request prayers or positive energy from you all right now? My anxiety has spiraled out of control to the point that I'm currently bedridden, fearing death constantly. It's like a panic attack that started in August and hasn't finished. No amount of medication seems to help and I worry the damage my stress is doing to my body will be irreparable. Any kind thoughts would be much appreciated. - BW

And as far as kind thoughts, here is my thought for the day: Some days the fear is almost not there, some days it is debilitating, the important thing is that we keep pushing. “Feel the fear… and do it anyway!”. That’s the way to get shit done, become more and more of a trooper every day, and so on. It’s certainly not the easy road but  you’re not going to magically get better by staying in your bedroom all day every day. Hey, those days happen (trust me, I get it!), just keep pushing yourself harder and harder until you’re practically Sasha Fierce. Love you all! ~~Anxiety Cat. xxxxxxx
