If you have not been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and you can relate to a lot of the posts on this blog, that does not necessarily mean that you have one.
I realise that if I was in your shoes I would be freaking out a little too- to know that you’re not...

Anonymous asked: Love this blog. Most of this applies to my life. And also, as a person with several anxiety disorders myself, I think it's healthy to be able to laugh at ourselves. I knew I was getting better when I could look back and laugh at some of the things that I was anxious about when I was at my worst. So yeah, this is definitely not offensive. :)
